ADR0182 replacement alternator

I bought a 69 Firebird with a LS swap, the alternator needs replacing so looking for options. I've been told its got what appears to be a gen4 Camaro assessory setup. The battery voltage doesn't want to get over 13v. Will getting a larger voltage alternator help? Size is an issue as it's a low mount and I had to remove the radiator just to get it out. What are some choices out there?

Unless the alternator is mounted in the oil pan, this thread is in the wrong forum...

tralfaz, alternators are not "Internal Engine"..... try "External"......

Click the link and read. The alternator is not bad, it’s PWM controlled from the ECM. Easy fix. I did it with my Chevelle, and I can adjust my alternators output to whatever I want. Read the entire thread.
