NBS came in 99-07 trucks, looked different, narrower, fuel rails were different and black, and they used 3 bolt throttle bodys.
This is either a NNBS or TBSS, which are almost identical to each other and as pictured, use those silver fuel rails, and use a 4 bolt throttle body. GMs best cathedral intake, even better than LS6. A buddy just installed one in a 4th Gen Camaro, but it required removing passenger wiper. Good budget upgrade over Ls6 when you don't want to spend on a Fast. Less expensive than Ls6 also.
The 2009+ NNBS has a different MAP hold down and a smaller PCV nipple. The 2009+ NNBS uses a different MAP sensor and the newer sensor will not work in a Gen 3 vehicle without scaling the sensor in the tune. Most people just use the GEN 3 MAP sensor in the GEN 4 NNBS intake with swapping to a different o-ring with a dab of RTV. Simply using a GEN 3 to GEN 4 MAP harness adapter using the GEN 4 MAP sensor will not work without scaling the tune in a GEN 3 vehicle.
This is the 2006-2008 TBSS intake (12580420) that shows the larger PCV nipple. You can't see the MAP area well as my homemade MAP hold down bracket is in the way. I refused to pay $30 for that little darned hold down clip.
