I plan on getting my engine balanced at the machine shop, would it be necessary to have the ATI balancer I plan on using used in that process or not? I know LS engines are internally balanced, so just a question I thought I'd throw out there.
The ATI balancer comes on the upgraded Holley mid mount kit I plan on using, however, I can't gleam which ATI damper it is anywhere. It's listed as Holley # 97-190 in the kit itself, but no mention of ATI anywhere, yet on the picture of the parts in the kit, it clearly is an ATI unit. I went to ATI's website, but not a lot of help there. I just like to learn about everything that will go on the engine, and this one is stumping me. Anyone gone down this road before?

Yeah, that was what I was thinking too. I may hit up the Holley forums too, but yeah, good call. I hate to have to bug people IRL for info that seems like it would be easy to find on the internet.
