Fast 90-a couple questions

Bought a used Fast 90mm intake.

1. the two holes for the throttle bracket aren’t threaded and a normal sized nut won’t fit. Is there special hardware needed?

2. small port on the pass rear of intake-do I need this? LS6 valley cover with built in pcv if it matters.

3. Trying to use some eBay rails I already have-guessing it’s ok to bend the mounting brackets a little?

Can I plug this?

Throttle bracket holes aren’t threaded. Are they supposed to be?

For the throttle bracket, you use a nut on the inside of it. I think it's a 6x1.00. It drops in perfect. just don't go crazy tightening it down because you can break the intake.
