Default Corvette FRC for my LQ4

So....I'm toying with the idea of adding the Corvette LS3 fuel rail covers to my LQ4. I know this is a highly contested idea, and yes, I'm well aware that it's not a true LS engine, and it's not from a Corvette, nor is the engine being installed in a Corvette.....but I just like how clean the engine bay looks the fuel rail covers in place. Yes, I'll spend tons of time explaining that it's not a true LS - but I don't care much about that. Not sure if I'll be able to pull it off or not, but I sure like the way they look when you pop open that hood. Nice, clean, organized, modern. That's my opinion, at least.

I've swapped the truck intake for the sleeker LS2 intake, so that's covered. What about the coils? Can I use the stock truck coils and still get the Corvette fuel rail covers to fit? Or will I also need to replace the truck coils with the auto coils for the LS3 covers to fit? I haven't done enough research on this topic just yet...still learning.

I BELIEVE for the covers to work/fit, the intake has to be installed in factory orientation, with the fuel input on the driver's side. Currently, I'm running my fuel line up to the front of the car on the passenger side frame rail. Can I leave the fuel line on the passenger side fuel rail and "crossover" to the driver's side somewhere along the firewall? Or is that too risky with headers and exhaust and whatnot? Should I reroute it from the tank forward? Cross over on the rear axle? Or should I just start all over, and bring the line forward on the driver's side all the way from the tank?

I'd have to remove and reinstall my filter/regulator to the driver's side - but I'm confident I could get it moved and reinstalled in less than an hour. That's not a huge deal - but hopefully I can figure out how to get it moved to the driver's side without undoing what I've already done. This fuel rail cover is a rather last-minute part of my plan, so I'm wondering about my options.

Has anyone done it this way? Just curious...

I'll get some pics soon, just so you have an idea of what I'm up against.

The LQ4 is as much an LS engine as the LS1, LS6, or LS3. Don't let the Vette snobs say otherwise...

While you ARE absolutely correct in your response, I still hate the type of posers that even care about fuel rail covers, and especially the ones that worry about if they match the proper engine build.

^^^^^^THIS. PLUS, nobody calls them FRC's. Because they mainly cover the coils. And heaven forbid one should be forced to stare at THOSE....

Coil covers, FRCs - you know what I'm talking about.

I think I'd like to have a set on my 6.0, just because I love the clean look they bring to the engine bay. Not a deal breaker either way - but if I had my preference, I'd prefer to have them on.

Back to my original question: can I bring that fuel line up the passenger side of the frame THEN cross over to the driver's side to line up with the intake manifold so that the covers fit just right? Or would I be better off starting on the driver's side frame from the very beginning? My fuel filter/regulator/return line is already mounted on the passenger side - fwiw.
