At what point does the air lid and filter become a restriction?

At what point does the air lid and filter become a restriction? I have a Ram Air WS6 with a 700 hp 427. Has a FAST 102 intake, 102mm TB, and Fast Toys air lid.
At what point should I ditch air lids and look for something else less restrictive?

Running my 700hp 427 with the same air lid I put on the car back in 2001. I’m running SD with no maf. I modified the lower air box to allow more air. On the Dyno it showed no restriction of airflow. Feed the motor everything it needed
