Mystery PCV System *Please Help*
#1 Throttle body nipple open
#2 Intake nipple to passenger valve cover tube
#3 Drivers side rear valve cover connected to "some" nipple on rear of intake
#4 TB cooling lines. Cap off?
#5 To radiator

#4 both can be capped. #5 is "steam line" and is correct
DBC TB has the fitting on the throttle body. DBW intake has a simple hole in the throttle body that lines up with the matching port in the intake and the manifold has a nipple and a passageway to that hole in the throttle body.
I would get a stock DBC intake that is not smoothed and put it back stock myself. Not a fan of weakening an intake by smoothing it nor altering the PCV flow to the intake.
