Default Enough belt tension?

Can someone tell me from this picture, if my tensioner is right, I mean the belt has tension but I'm not sure what the markings on the tensioner are for and if I have gone past the maximum line?

I don't know about the marks, but it looks fine to me. You should not have too much deflection. Are you in the middle of a cam install, or replacing your hoses for fun?
