Pusher fan
Pusher fan When I installed my Huron kit I installed two of the 16925 pusher fans. I have driven the car twice and one of the fans isn't working. I used a test light and it has power coming from the relay to the fan and a solid ground. I ran straight power to it, and the fan does nothing. I can spin it a little with my hand when it has power, it will make a few rotations and lock up. Seems the internal fan has burned up or locked up. When you try to free spin it its hard to move and makes a dragging sound inside of it. Is their another go to fan or should I just get another one, since the other one is still working great? I just bled the system of all the air and was testing the fans with the switch and it was a no go. This maybe a complaining post more than anything, Since I get to pull the radiator back out to put a new fan in, at least I was smart enough to put connectors on them so they can be disconnected. Thanks for listening to my whining. I am losing motivation with this car just seems everything that can happens...happens.
I can do it, I did the whole turbo install. It's just the motivation is going away, I have driven it twice and it made 600 wheel on pump gas its fun, it just seems to be cursed. Do you know anyone local, that tunes E-85 I am thinking of making the switch this winter, so I can turn it up some more? Its on spring right now, but has a controller on it. Maybe I will see that Chevelle round town one day.
