Ian coil harness issue + part identification
(**Ignition coil, not Ian coil)
My engine was misfiring last week and I was advised by a shop to replace the plugs - I went ahead and did that, and the engine is definitely feeling a little better. After the plugs had been replaced, I was checking everything over and my hand bumped the main ignition coil harness plug (pictured below), causing the idle the jump for a brief moment. Every time the harness is touched, the idle jumps - is this a symptom of a bad harness?
My second question is this - while poking around I also noticed a slight leak from this red hose on top of the manifold. Everything was custom built by the previous owner, and I'm still learning what everything is and does. Can someone help me identify the part, and if this may be causing any other issues?

Hose seems a bit dried out

That part with the red hose is the fuel line that connects the fuel rails on the 2 banks. Has fuel pressure (58psi or thereabouts) in it. REAL BAD things happen REAL QUICK if it leaks. I'd STRONGLY suggest getting a new unsodomized one. Looks like a truck one. If there's 2 fuel lines, get one for about a 2000 Silverado; if there's only 1, get if for a 2004. Make sure to get the O-rings too.
