Parts question? 
I have some headers I recently bought I’m gonna install them on my Camaro this weekend but I don’t really know what to do with these other parts connected to the stock header would I just remove them?

The first one you have circled is the AIR system. The second one is the EGR system. Both can be deleted without any negative impact on engine performance or driveability, but you will need tuning to delete the SES light (tuning will be needed for maximum benefit from the headers anyway). If you have a strict visual emissions inspection then you might want to reconsider, but then you wouldn't be able to pass such an inspection with LT headers anyway so that's probably not a concern.
You will need to block off the EGR port on the intake side (I think folks often use a freeze plug), or replace the intake with a unit that doesn't have an EGR provision (such as an LS6 intake, or an LS1 intake from a C5, or any of the various aftermarket intakes).
