Funny you should say that. That's exactly what mine did. It got to where it sounded cool for awhile because it sounded like I had a supercharger. And then it just started to squeak and squeal. I bet yours does the same thing.

No, mine has never slipped or squealed. It has worked fine, just has had the "whistle" sound.
