I am rebuilding a LS1 that's going into my 1989 firebird and I am looking at replacing the oil sensor old# 12562267 new part i believe is 19244505. My question is this sensor only for a oil light or it it for a pressure gauge. When I was looking at a part description it was looking like it was for a light. I would like to be able to have a oil pressure gauge set up

That is for the Oil Pressure Gauge as long as you wire correctly.
