04 5.3 Vacuum source I have an 04 5.3 LM7 truck motor, where can I get manifold vacuum for my older chassis vacuum hvac control box.
Both valve covers each have a line that goes to the intake that appears to pull vacuum but is this the pcv? Brake booster is a large fitting in the back. I dont see anything else … any ideas ?

on the passenger side intake that you twist the cap off with pliers and have manifold vacuum. See pic above. Have you heard of this?

I'd have to go out and look at my 04 LM7. Can't specifically recall that connection butt it might just be my CRS kicking in. Although, mine has hydroboost, not vac booster brakes, so iunno. Butt hay, if it has manifold vacuum, and you don't need it for anything else, seems that it should work fine.
