Recently picked up a used SLP Dual Dual. I know the OEM Y pipe on Fbodys has a flattened area from the factory for ground clearance, does the SLP Dual Dual system have anything similar for fit/clearance reasons? It has a few dents on it that are definitely damage, and I am trying to assess whether any are original design and secondly whether they are just cosmetic or will they have a negative impact on performance. Photos attached. The red circled area is clearly damage, but I'm wondering on the yellow circled areas.
I bought an SLP dual/dual system brand new from SLP Online back when they used to sell them aftermarket/retail, early '00s, and mine had no such dents of any kind. I don't believe the ones originally installed on SSs and Firehawks were dented either.
