Default ls1/ls6 intake MAP housing o ring

Hello, I've got one of these map housings that I decided to recreate in fusion and have a company MJF print for me from nylon. It has taken me a while to do and I have lost the orange o ring that originally came with it and I don't remember the dimensions of it, I just remember it being a strange size.

I've tried various o rings and the closest Ive been able to come up with is 45mm ID and a thickness of 3.5mm but I cannot get the housing to seat into the intake manifold. I remember the orange o ring being thicker but I'm not sure.

Does anyone have a spare one laying around from a broken manifold they can measure? I'm currently tracking down a parker o ring handbook I can use to help me figure out what might be needed but if anyone could get the correct dimension it would be really helpful. I have a feeling they may not have a crush on the oring that is typical. Thanks.

You can get a package of various Orings at Harbor freight. They might have one in the kit that would fit.

I have several of said kits in both metric and standard and nothing in them comes close to fitting. Everything is either way too loose or way too tight and the part wont seat and lock in the hole. I have even ordered various sizes not found in those kits off of mcmaster carr and same issue, way too loose or way too tight. O ring thickness might be correct but the ID is usually too big or too small for the hole.

So an update to this, I was able to get a 45mm ID o ring with a 4mm section thickness to work. Anything smaller such as 3.5 or even 3.7 would be too loose and would leak if you were to run boost for example. I am still not sure what size o ring the originals are but installing the 4mm o ring was a pain to say the least. Use lots of lubricant and be careful. The area at the back of the manifold is very thin so try to press as straight as possible and take your time. The locking tabs will engage with a 4mm thick o ring and it seals up nicely. If I ever run across another broken manifold where I can still access the original o ring, I will measure it and update this thread so that the information is at least available.
