Bad IAC Valve?

Bad IAC Valve? I'm currently swapping an L33 into my S10. All that's done to the internals of the engine is a Truck Norris NSR cam, everything else is stock inside. I just replaced some internals with some OE replacement stuff. Anyway, I reused the IAC valve from my 4.3 out of the S10 since it's the same thing the LS uses if it's drive-by-cable. Seemed to work just fine in my V6 before the swap. Well, anytime I turn the key to the on position everything is normal, the fuel pump primes then cuts off, etc., but the IAC makes this strange noise. I don't know what to call it. It kind of sounds like a honking noise. Also, I've got a nice whistle coming from the WARR 92mm TB. The revs hang too as you can hear in the videos below when I rev it up. It idles back down to about 800ish rpm (or something like that, which sounds fine), but it definitely takes its time coming back down to idle after blipping the throttle. See videos below. Right in the beginning of the 1st video, before I fire it up, you can hear the weird IAC noise I'm talking about. Anyone every hear this noise before? Do I need to do the IAC relearn procedure on it?
