For those who want to quiet their cutout down some I think I found a possible solution. Car Chemistry makes header baffles. The flanged 3 inch version is part# 176-3F103L. The length is 7 inches but looks like it can be cut down some. Jegs has it on their website.

 

I wanted to update this. I got the Car Chemistry baffle and it fits in a 3 inch cut out perfectly. I'm sure that it reduces noise some but it's still pretty loud. I could hear the radio in the car though. I decided to throw the block off plate back on because I didn't want the neighbors to hate me. I still think this is a worthwhile piece for track use.
