Default Misfire after LS6 Intake Install

I put in my LS6 intake the other day. I got the two rear plugs and the front coolant line like i was supposed to. I broke my oil pressure sending unit so had to get one of those. I put everything back together correctly and wasn't left with any leftover lines or anything. I removed my EGR and put a block off plate on that leaked like crazy so I gooped it up with red RTV and that seems to be fixed. The only thing left now is my SES light. At random points while I'm driving around it will start flashing and then stop. After doing a little research on this site, I've found that its probably multiple misfires. Is this true? Or could it be something else? Could I have done anything wrong in the LS6 intake install that would cause this? I haven't taken a close look at it yet, but hopefully I just knocked one of my plug wires loose while putting the intake in. Any help/input is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I had a VERY similar problem not too long ago. I forgot to plug in the #8 injector. It took me 8 hours of swapping plugs and wires and test runs to figure it out

Double check and make sure all the injectors are plugged in.

You could also go to your local Autozone so they can read the code for free.

No I didn't delete that code. I'm getting the car tuned as soon as I get this injector circuit open code fixed. I'll have where I'm getting the car tuned delete the EGR code and my rear o2 sensors. But I still need help with my p0200 code.
