do a search for side exit duals, youll find several posts and pics also. i considered doing this also, but i think its not a very good idea. the exhaust can make the car black where it exits, ground clearance is a bitch... .02

for daily use, its a no go on side exits. unless you go with the boom tubes, but then again, not good for daily use either cause its way too damn loud. ls1sounds.com is your best bet for ideas how to run the piping for true duals out the back.
Dumps get old quick. especially if the car is driven frequently. I recently ditched my dumped true duals for ory and a hooker catback. Im hearing if you use choose your mufflers wisely are and ok with doing some floor board bumpin you can make dumped true duals work nicely, for a decent price....the over the axle price is horrid! i can't believe someone would pay 1200 bucks for true duals out the back
