Default When did they start making sfi approved asp?

I got my asp pulley the other day from a guy on the boards and he said it was sfi approved. The date on the pulley is 4-27-03 and it has the bare alluminum center. Deos anyone know when they started making the sfi approved ones? Thanks in advance.

I don't know the exact date but I got the new SFI pulley late spring/early summer of '03, I believe it was the first batch once they filled that huge back order that they had going. The pulley is all black and should have an SFI sticker on it (mine sticker flew off). I would call ASP to find out, sounds like you could be right on the border of when they changed over.
