mac header and ory pipe install?

mac header and ory pipe install? installing mac headers and ory pipe i ran into problems getting the thing back together. three bolts going into the headers and the block are scaring me. they go straight through the header and u get 3 or 4 turns by hand and thats it but, with all the other bolts u get like twenty and then u can crank down on them with the wratchet. these 3 came out fine but they dont want to go back in
oh yeh the new y pipe connecting to the original exhaust seems like its gonna have to be welded because of fitting problems anyone else have this problem
