Asp Pulley
Asp Pulley ive read on here about several other peoples encounters with the pulleys and which ones to buy. i just want to make sure i understand them correctly.
I have a 02 z 28 and would i need the ASP Underdrive & Alternator Pulley (SFI Approved) or the underdrive harmonic ballancer and alt. pulley
or just the crank pulley
I will Have subs in the back

You only need the crank pulley. If you are running heavy electronics, such as subs, then you should get the overdrive alternator pulley as well.

Ferocity did in fact nail the question on the head. NO, you don't need the harmonic balancer s*** as you put it. Learn to read before you figure out how to rant.

Dude, the harmonic balancer is a crank pulley just two different ways to put it. As for as the alternator pulley you wont gain any extra power with that, it is just offered if you are running a stereo system or something that draws power because when you go with a harmonic balancer AKA underdrive crank pulley it is making the alternator as well as everything else driven by your serpantine belt weaker basicly. So by going with the bigger alternator pulley you are compensating for the weakness of the alternator that the harmonic balancer AKA underdrive crank pulley causes. This sums it all up.
