OEM - replacement cats Where can I buy new cats (cheap) for my wife's foreign car (BMW)?

I thought if a cat went bad before 100K miles the manufacturor was tagged with the cost of replacement under US Federal law?

You might have to go to the dealership on that one but it won't be pretty when you see the invoice.
