Ok so i took my egr off but what do i do about the plug that pluged into the top of the egr?

cover it up with electrical tape and wire tie it out of the way.

you can just let it hang, or make it neat like jrp said.

Tape it to the closest wiring, and cover the end with electrical tape. That way it doesn't get crap in it or corrode...you may need it again...
