Default Stock SS exhaust is it same as slp dual/dual?

Someone is trying to sell me the dual/dual off their SS and say its an SLP dual/dual.

Is there any way to tell if it is a SLP or if it stock? I want it if its a dual/dual, but I dont if its stock.

Please help. Thanks ahead of time.

Stock SS exhaust has a 2.75" I-pipe and less than 3" Inlets/Outlets at the muffler.
The stock SS exhuast is very raspy w/ longtubes and cats, so I doubt it's the same as the Dual Dual.

You could get a dual/dual from the factory on a very select amount of cars. If it is a d/d it should have Bigger tail pipes than the ones you have on your ss plus it should quad tips. should look exactly like the d/d kit slp sells on their website.

Dual/Dual muffler is shiny stainless. The stock SS stuff looks dull grey.

tailpipes are the same, shiny stainless vs dull grey.

tips are 2 split to 4 vs single polished "caps" ~8 inches long.

My SS came stock w/ the dual/dual. And yeah, I noticed my muffler is real shiny compared to other ls1 cars stock exhaust.

I thought the two DDs from SLP were a bit different. I have heard the DD factory option exhaust is tamer, if you will. The bolt-on exhaust is a bit louder then the other. This is just what I have heard from the board members.

The GM SS muffler is definately different than the SLP SS muffler. I bought a used muffler that was suppose to be an SLP SS muffler and when I got it, it was the GM SS muffler. The internals are very different. The GM SS muffler is stamped with a GM number, the SLP muffler has no stamps.

The SLP muffler: exhaust enters a chamber and goes about 1/2 down the muffler then is immediately channeled and exits the two outlets.

The GM SS muffler: exhaust enters and travels the entire length of the muffler through the first chamber then comes back 1/2 up the muffler in another middle chamber and is channeled and exits out the two outlets.
