I'm in the final stages of choosing mine, so I don't speak from experiance, but what LS1LT1 told you is what everybody is going to tell you. Best to spring for the extra $100 bucks.

Get the SS Kooks. They are worth the money. Stainless steel can't wear off or get scratched or anything....its just SS. If you're gonna get coated headers, you might as well save yourself a **** load of money and get pacesetters.

Yeah, like he said above the Kooks are stainless steel and don't need a coating to protect them from rust.

one of the main benefit to the Kooks and QTP's are there stainles steel qualities. you remove that out of the equation you might as well get pacesetters and save some money.
