Any other bolt-ons I should consider?
Any other bolt-ons I should consider? I'm looking to get a cam in the next 2 months after i finish the bolt-ons posted in my sig and i was wondering if there were any other bolt-ons i should really consider before doing the cam/heads.
I've been doing alot of research on cams and im wondering others opinions on what cam(s) i should be looking at...basically i really dont want to have to change the springs every 20k miles but id like to have at least 430rwhp...i would do heads if i had to with a mild cam but i'd like to have a low lsa...but its everyones dream to have a very durable 430hp engine isn't it?

If you have an auto, you should definitely invest in a converter now..

Electric Water Pump If you don't mind spending the cash, Any 224ish cam out there will give you more than what your looking for and be very drivable. Any yeah If it's an auto buy a converter NOW. If it's a manual start writing an obituary for your rear. 
I agree w/ the 224 cam with heads will give you the power you're looking for. And the reliability. If you're an A4 w/ 400+ hp in a daily driver, I'd say screw the TC. Keep your gas-miliage (what's left of it anyway). You'll have to work to get it to hook up even w/ the stock TC. Why force the DR's on yourself?
