Default How would this exhaust sound?

A setup with long tube headers, catted y pipe, and loudmouth with two bullets on the rear y? Would it still sound too raspy?

You mean like a borlamouth/Dynomouth. Personally I like the dynomouth a lot better and it really gets rid of the rasp.

www.ls1sounds.com has some.

The 2 bullets would be overkill.

The the catted y alone should kill any rasp.
If the setup that you've mentioned is one that you're really comtemplating, I would go this route.

LTs
Catted y
Borla XR-1 in place of resonator

The set up you described is going to be loud. Raspy....probably. But if you like loud-go for it. If you don't, make another selection. There are many systems out there. Listen to some live, if you know guys that go to clubs, you'll hear them all. Good luck.....

If you put a muffler in place of the resonator, the rasp will be gone.
