Inside if you have Poly Engine Mounts
Is it good to run them with a poly tranny mount?I thought i seen on a past post that it wasnt good to do both.I'm not sure just asking!Seems like it would hurt something by having no give in the motor,and tranny both.
It won't hurt anything. I've been running a poly trans mount for years. I have had the poly engine mounts for a year. I have a fist full of N/A 10 sec timeslips in a regularly street driven, 3600lb, M6 car and (thank God) no breakage. They do have some flex, just a lot less than the stock rubber stuff.

poly trans mounts in A4's are known for increasing cabin noise and vibration.
