90mm LSx owners question... I finally saw one in person and really liked the construction. I looked at the runners and noticed some ridges and flashing that should be removed. Are any of you guys porting the runners and are you using the factory gaskets to seal it against the heads?

I used the stock seals and they worked great! I have not ported the intake, but want to soon. Any other LSX owners not happy with the way the 90mm tb goes on?? My seal is so thick, it keeps the tb from fully seating!!! (you can see the orange seal between the tb and intake)

I was looking at a 78mm @ a local speed shop and there was alot of flashing that needed to be removed. There was a 3/16" ridge on the ports where it met the cylinder head that should also be cleaned up.
