since when is a cutout illegal? only thing you might have to worry about is attracting the attention of the popo for being to loud. but with the shitty flowmaster your going to want that cutout.

theirs one more prob, i have the borla 2 in 1 o2 connector in the back or the axle, so if i put the cutout befor that my car will prob read out some codes?, and by running that cut out will it really be to loud to drive every day?

not sure what you mean here. 1. O2s are sensors and not connectors.
2. Borla doesn't make them
3. 2 into 1 ???? Are you talking about a merge collector maybe?
What you want is for the cutout pipe to be placed in the I pipe after the merge which is after all the cats and sensors. The other place to put it, where it won't be as loud, is right at the end of the I pipe right before it bends into the the muffler. Any competant exhaust shop can do this. That is the way mine was done and I drove with it open al the time.
