Coolant Leak Question - *PIC* Here is where it's coming from....
Now, this is under the bell housing thing on the water pump... is this the "weep" hole? Should something be there? Can I plug it up with some silicone and call it good?

How much coolant is leaking out of it? I am in the belief that if there is any coming out of the weep hole, the pump is bad. If coolant is evident to be leaking out of the weep hole, time for a new w/p. Don't get to the point that it gushes out of it. That's really bad.

I agree whenever you get coolant coming out of the weep hole it mean one of the internal seals in the pump is shot............time for a new pump.
Since you have the old one off already you got half the job done ,just get a replacement and you'll be good to go.
