Headlight Arm for 99 TA
Hey guys, I got my headlight arm I ordered from GM, to find out it has a R on it, just like the passenger side. I took it back and told the guy I needed the driver's side, he double checked and said GM listed the same part # for both sides, so I install it, and it goes on fine, but every now and then, when I try to open my headlights, the driver's side (the one I installed the arm on) stays closed, and I pop the hood, pull the headlight up to find that the arm fell out of the hole in the side of the headlight. Is there a defined L, and a defined R side?! He said all you do is flip the arm around and it works. I can see that, but it doesn't apply pressure against the back of the light to keep it in the hole like the PS does with the R arm. Anyone know where I can get the right part or give me some insight? This is getting irritated! I also need the mounting bracket for the shift boot in my 99 TA M6 if anyone knows where I can get one!
