HELP ... Intake swap > busted sensor > what's it called????

As things happen, I got up and started swapping my LS1 intake for my new LS6 intake ... lo and behold, I snapped a plastic-sleeved sensor in half, which screws into the top of the engine right behind the intake ... by the driver side coolant plug. Anybody know what it's called? It's about 3 1/2" long and has a metal threaded base that screws into the motor.

Never Mind > Got it ...

It's the Oil Pressure Switch ... $22.99 @ Central Auto ... aftermarket.

Different names

I've always heard the oil pump called the oil sending unit, however, the dealership mechanocs this morning called it that and a couple of other things. The GM Book referenced it as the oil pressure switch. One dude said it was the fule sending unit (fule pump) and EVERYBODY looked real weird at him .... LMAO!!!
