banging on hard acceleration?

Just got mac mids cat y-pipe and borla installed today and notice under hard throttle shifts from 1-2 shift that I get a banging out of the rear of the car. Any ideas on what it can be from? I dont notice it on normal driving conditions, so obviously it is something I can live with unless it breaks

Any suggestions on how I might be able to trouble shoot or locate the banging area?

If it is at the rear I would check for clearance issues around the pipe that goes over the axle. Should be able to get your fingers around the back of the pipe in all spots, or at least i could.
