True Duals

I got a question. Which is better Dynomax bullets or Flo Pro Twister mufflers.
Also how would I go about making this legal

I think the bullets are second to best in flowing under loudmouth. I love the sweet thunders though. And the only way to make it legal is to have cats and send it over the axle all the way out.

why would bullets flow less than loudmouth? bullets are straight thorough 3" with holes around the 3" piping to make it a "muffler", bullets are the best flowing exhaust i know of.
