LS6 intake throttle mount

I'm doing an LS6 intake swap. Unfortunately I just found out the throttle linkage hardware is non-existent on the mount due to it coming off a Vette. (know that NOW)

Just curious where others have found the inserts that would work. Thanks!

Oh well, I ended up hacking up the LS1 int mount to get the inserts out. Don't plan on using it again anyway. Now we'll have to see how this 224 cam likes the intake swap.

I hacked up my LS1 manifold as well. Still have it sitting in the garage actually LOL. Just took a dremel to it since those inserts are pressed in there w/grooves to keep them there. Tried using threaded bar but they didn't want to cooperate. Good Luck!!

Thanks, I finished the intake install along with March pulley swap. There seems to be a noticable SOTP difference. Now I need to do something with my stock TB.
