Default TSP True Duals... Drone? Clearance?

Sicne they don't go over the axle, do they drone pointing at the ground? Also, how's the ground clearance? If my car is lower 1.5" will I have issues?

Or should I go with the rumbler?

Right now I have long tubes, ORY and a hooker aerochamber, but it's raspy, especially at mid throttle cruising.

I want it to be mean, not raspy.

well, rumbler is just like lm, and with headers its gonna be drone/rasp city. i finally got my duals welded up and the clearence looks good, 3-4 inches maybe, so i think its safe to lower it but you'll want to avoid speed bumps and stuff like that. if you have larger rims it'll add some room under there aswell. so i say do the duals.

The sound is incredible and the drone is very minimal. The fitment is great and has a ton of adjustment in it but if you are lowered 1.5 be prepared for no ground clearence. I used to have them with 1.75 drop and did not like the clearence plus I could not clear enough to get into my garage because of where the bullets sat.

I have a 2 inch drop and acres of ground clearance with my true duals setup Its just hard to mass produce a system, then expect clearance out of it due to the fact that almost every FBody is different! Get a custom setup made and try using QTP headers as ive found they have the best ground clearance!

If you want clearance and duals on a lowered car, then you need to do a custom setup from a reputable and experienced muffler shop. I have minimal clearance with my stock ride height and TSP duals. The duals have an awesome sound and the torque gained is incredible. My .02.

Here are some pics of my clearance with TSP duals on Eibach prokit lowering springs. FWIW, my dual setup was mounted incorrectly...under the seats instead of in the driveshaft tunnel where they should be. This took away a lot of clearance.
