If you aren't expecting to spend that much, then you are kinda stuck with dumps. There is a lot of fab work that goes into something like that. I'm taking it you have headers already? If you don't, you'd better factor that in too...true duals off of manifolds really isn't worth it.

In my opinion the one Meentss02 show you is the best choice if you looking to modify a T/duals.
