Need some help from the group on this problem!
I've replace the MAF with a stock 02 with the screen intaked.
Drilled the holes bigger in the epoxy on my TB and checked IAC valve seat (don't know how to check the valve itself) and TB blade seat.
Reset the PCM.
Replaced the fuel filter.
Cleaned K&N filter
It’s not throwing any codes other than those I started getting due to the cam and header install.
Any ideas on a possible cause for this would be appreciated; I'm just about out of Idea's other than going to get it tuned and see what the tuner has to say about it. But I don't want to take my car for a tune while it has a problem that could mess up the tuning work being done.
Thanks for any ideas on the cause or a solution to this annoying problem!
Wires - are likely the original ones not really sure on that.
Coils - I'm guessing factory too.
Idle - I've had to use neutral a lot after the cam&headers when I'm stopped at lights and such, but it seems like the rpms are lower now and yet smoother in a way. Now that I think about it does want to die a lot more now even in neutral.
I just got done reseting the PCM and haven't driven that far but here is what I pulled from it.
p107 manifold absolute pressure low input
p0300 rnadom /multiple cyl., misfire detedted
p1637 generator-l terminal circuit
p0134 o2s circuit, bank1-sensor1, no activity detected
p0405 egr sensor a circut low
I figure the last 2 are because I !egr !rearO2 !air and haven't had it tuned to take them out yet. I've been getting the p1637 generator one for some time not sure why exactly. Now the p107 and p0300 don't sound good at all. Do they point what might be wrong with my LS1? Low manifold pressure mean I have a intake leak or is it just the big cam trigering that? I'm not sure what is causing the misfire code.
Thanks for taking a look i'm stumped.
