90mm lsx TPIS tbody problem

90mm lsx TPIS tbody problem i just got them in the mail today and bolted up the tbody for fitment i notice when you make the tbody wide open throttle the tbody cam hits the PCV thingy coming out of the front left side of the intake and wont let the blade open all the way anyone else experience this?
with the tpis i got the inside is not super smooth would you guys recommend taking some fine sand paper and takeing a couple of the ridges out of it?
there is no hole in the blade for the idle are we supposed to drill a hole or does it get sufficient air from the IAC motor
