Help Please!!!!!!!!!! Installing some Jet Hot LT's on a 01 SS...passenger side header is hitting the evaporator/heater core case. Anybody ever run into this problem or have a fix for this problem. My thoughts are that somebody was asleep or had a few beers on thier lunch break when building this specific header, but i'm sure i'm not the only one that has run into this......someone HELP!

Well, damnit.
This was a major pain in the ***. We had the entire car broken down and we had to turn around and piece it all back togethor. So much for getting what you paid for. I will be contacting Jet Hot first thing in the morning about this.

Lucio, I have the Jet Hot LTs on both my Blue Z and my son's pewter Z. We had no problems with the fit of either set. I think you are probably correct that you just got a improperly bent header. Their customer service is supposed to be very good so I'll bet they get another one headed your way immediately. Good luck ole buddy........
I just installed my JH LT's 3 days ago and the passenger side was in place in about 20 seconds. It get's close to that case you are referring to, but doesnt touch nor did it hit when I was putting it in.
May seem like stupid questions, but have you tried every angle to get the pass side in? Car sitting high enough? Just some thoughts...
