Custom cat-back ?
What is a good price for a custom cat-back set-up similar to the rumbler. Do you think I could save any money by having an exhaust shop fab one up.

Depends on if you bring the muffler and tips yourself or get it through the exhaust shop. I wouldn't do it myself because isn't the rumbler all mandrel bent? It'll be cheaper for sure doing it yourself, but then again you get what you pay for.
I'd have to assume less than $200 for labor if you bring the parts yourself.

Yes. Was going to try a few other things but I can't seperate the y-pipe from my cat back. I wanted to try putting a bullet on the end of the y with a turn-down. Too cold out to mess around with now .So I just added another cut-out right before the i-pipe enters the muffler. I use a header collector. I had seen it on this site before. I'm tired of my set-up and want to change it.

I dont think there is anything wrong with a shop building an exhaust system. Not only do you get exactly what you want ( muffler, tips, and placement) it is usually cheaper and ends up fitting better if the shop knows what they are doing
