mods in the sig.. pulley or what else next?

thanks guys just wanted some opinions on way to free up some hp! trying to get all i can out of the stock motor before i add a cam or even spray it again.
i know my shitty catback sux, B&B is so damn quiet, but i have no idea how to run duals off of the macs or if its even worth it... so suggestions.. what other mods will free up hp or are there really any left? the a/c belt and a/c is removed on the car as well

I believe most people feel that a pulley is good for a 10th or a 10th and a half. It is worth it depending on your goals and what you consider to be a reasonble $/hp figure.
