High pitch squeak

I've got a high pitched squeak coming from under the hood of my 2000SS camaro, only during or after a rain, or when there is high humidity. Its not the belts slipping, I know what that sounds like. I replaced the top tensioner pulley thinking it was worn out, but the noise still comes after a rain. It does increase when the AC is turned on, or Defroster. It disappears entirely after engine has been on approx. about 15 minutes or so.

Anybody know what is squeaking? Car started doing this at about 60K miles, now it has 84K miles, and its getting worse. I'm hoping its not my AC clutch....I know there are a couple of tensioner pulleys to replace. Think that is advisable?

the AC belt uses another tensioner as well. It might be that

Have you replaced the belts? At 80k it is certainly time. I would put on new belts first, or try to use a stethoscope or a long screwdriver to try to isolate where it is coming from.

Could you ellaborate on this? I got the same suggestion from another guy. He said to put the screwdriver tip against a non moving part of the tensioner and the other end to my ear and it would magnify the sound. Sound about right or did I miss something?
