FAST 90 tb issues

The tb seems to stick at around 2k rpm pretty consistently. I know I read a solution for this a while ago. Can anyone help a brother out. I can't drive the car the way it is. It wants to idle at 1500rpm and surges forward on city street driving.

Do you have the older FAST TB, or the "fixed" one?

Well it is the fixed one from what I was told but it doesn't seem to be fixed.

try to stop when it happens and pop your hoood to see if you can 100% tell that it is stuck, if so try taking the tb cam off and winding the spring 1 more time for a tighter click back, while out also check to make sure the blade is not slipping on the shaft, if it is you need to notch the shaft where the bolt that tightens the blade to it is, also check the tps bearing and make sure it is not slipping out of the bore, 1 of these 3 things should fix it, Mine I believe was the extra winding of the spring.
