Default The most effective bolt-ons?

I am looking to make 350/350 rwhp/rwtq, with a priority on maximum peak torque. I want only bolt-ons, no internal work. This will be done on a 2001 SS M6 currently all stock. Can you guys help a out?

Yes, yes, I read it already. What it fails to give is advice on exactly which parts in each category will give the most gains. Example: True duals will get you more gains than flowmaster, etc. I guess I'm just looking for personal experiences and some dyno numbers from you guys.

Yup, thanks.

I think I will go with a GMMG cat-back, SLP FLOPAC (Lid, filter, bellows), Kooks LT's, smooth bellows, and all other SLP goodies like MAF, TB, etc. Does anything here sound like a bad combination?

Yeah...the SLP MAF. Stay away from it. It won't give you the gains they are advertising. Out of what you have there, if you really wanted to streamline it, just get the GMMG, Kooks LTs, and a new lid (SLP is not bad, but some have rubbing issues with the hood). The ported TB will give you a small gain, but it depends on how well it was ported, so I'd think twice about it. Everything else won't give you any noticeable increases.

FWIW, I made 340/356 with Kooks LTs, custom over the axle true duals, a Direct Flo lid, and a Jantzer Ported TB. My A/F was 12.5 at the tail pipe, so I know there is more to be had with my combo. I'm pretty sure the timing is too high too...time for a pulley and some tuning software. MAF? Forget that...it is going out the window as soon as I get HPTuners.

Don't waste the time or money with smooth bellows, thats a bullshit mod with no benefit at all (no proof whatsoever that it works). Do an exhaust, headers, lid, delete the cats/emissions if you are able to in your area and have no testing involved, TB, and the free mods in the sticky, then have it dynotuned, not a mailorder tune but an actual dynotune. Your there all day long and probobly more.

Shop everywhere else before you consider buying anything from SLP, they have decent products but there are much better available for alot less money. SLP has an amazing marketing department with very questionable hp claims for their products, but that doesn't mean you should have to pay extra for it.

All good advice above. I dyno'd @ 350 w/ just Jethot LT's, ORY and Lid/filter. That was with the stock WS6 catback still on the car!

For 350/350 plus all you need is LTs,air lid, k&N, tb bypass and a good catback. See I pulled 336rwhp/349rwtq with these MODs and NO HEADERS YET !! And keep stock MAF and TB both good up to 450-500hp.
