Lil Help here

i have a 90 grand am and i just drove it up here Cortland NY from Long Island. My car was fine at home but it has been below 0 here for the past few days and my car wont start. It will turn and turn and turn but no start. I tried giving it a shot of starter fluid through the intake and i put in some dry gas but still no start. My guess says it isnt sparking so what should i replace to fix the problem

if you are from long island check out Fastls1.com there are a lot of locals fom LI there that might be able to give you a hand.

i just wanted to know how i could fix this problem. im willing to accept help from anywhere. Im up here at Cortland, i go to school at the college
