Home ported throttle body??

What dremel pieces did you use?? I started with a carbide cutter, then an silicone grinder, then a softer aluminum grinder, and then a course polishing stone. From there how do you guys get them so shiny and polished?? These TB's look great.

they make these crossbuff wheels for the dremel.
sand with 60 grit paper rolls to remove material
then switch to 120 to finish it up
then use a 120 crossbuff to remove the scratches.. it looks dully polished by now.
then move up to a finer crossbuff... it'll look polished.
the next step would be to use a fiber wheel and polishing compound, if you want to go that far.

take off the TPS sensor, take out the throttle blade... then tap the shaft on the TPS sensor side... this ring clips it in place... just keep tapping it and it comes out.
once you tap it out, its easy to cut the shaft...... a friend of mine in the local club has ported a few of them for club members and hes helping me do mine....
